QUE VIVA – 2024 UPDATE!
Prepare yourself to sense the lively Puerto Rican joy as we control the roads of Nueva York for the 67th Annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade again! On Sunday, June 9th, we will be part of a large group of Boricuas in a vivid festival celebrating our wealthy culture, throbbing beats, and tasty culinary pleasures.
Tie your dancing shoes and be prepared to groove with the irresistible rhythm of bomba as we walk down the famous Fifth Avenue, painting the town red, white, and blue from 43rd Street to 79th Street.
The fun starts at 11 am, so don’t come late – you don’t want to skip any second of this demonstration of Puerto Rican honor!

De Puerto Rico Para el Mundo was created to establish a way to honor The National Puerto Rican Day Parade (NPRDP), which has now taken place for 66 years. It begins at 44th Street and runs through 79th Street along Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The parade honors the 3.5 million inhabitants of Puerto Rico and over 5 million people residing in the United States. NPRDP was founded on the mission of creating awareness for Puerto Rican contributions while empowering the community through economic development, education, social advancement, and environmental awareness. At SNIPES, we want to do everything we can to shine a light on the many achievements of our Puerto Rican communities so that the youth can grow up with a strong sense of self-worth and pride in their community.
SNIPES served as a proud sponsor at the parade via a custom float with live performances from global Puerto Rican artists, Dalex, DJ Enuff, and KR3TS. In true SNIPES fashion, we spent the day celebrating the leaders, educators, artists, and celebrities that uplift the culture with unmatched energy.
