It is that time of year again where families and students all over are preparing to head back into the classroom, and SNIPES recognizes the importance of supporting their communities. Handing out over 3,000 bags of free school supplies to all the smiling faces at the stops in the DC and Baltimore locations was the highlight of last weekend’s tour. SNIPES knows how important sending kids off to school feeling prepared is, especially after a few years of uncertainty surrounding access to classroom supplies and effective learning environments.
SNIPES was joined by DJ Academiks from 12-2pm at The Mall At Prince George’s, and the energy was amazing. To top it all off, everyone in attendance had the option of stopping by the Roaming Rooster food truck and the Sugar Shack Snowball stand for complimentary food and snowballs. SNIPES hit 4 stops in a total of 9 hours on day one, and day two certainly had no shortage of energy and excitement. SNIPES is thankful for all the support surrounding this event. Nothing is more important than seeing these smiling kids before they head into a new year full of opportunities.
